How do the Teleconference Classes work?
Upon registering for the teleconference class (click here to see the calendar of teleconference classes for 2008)
you will be sent an automatic email confirmation of your participation. This email will also include a reminder of how
the teleconference class operates. You will receive another email 48 hours prior to the actual class that will include
the call-in telephone number and the security code that provides you access to the call. If you are a first time
participant, plan to call in at 15 minutes prior to the start of the class so that you can hear Ashle's review of the
protocol. At this time you can ask any procedural questions that will help you enjoy the experience more.
The wonderful thing about this process is that you can be anywhere in the world and be involved in the
teleconference class! They will take place at 7pm Pacific Time, 8pm Mountain Time and 9pm Eastern Time. (click
here to find the conversion to your local time). At first the classes will be one hour in length. Forty-five minutes of
that will be AA Haniel's teachings and the remaining 15 minutes will be devoted to a question & answer session.
The actual teleconference call-in line will be opened by Ashle 20 minutes prior to the actual start time of the
teleconference class. At quarter to the hour (15 minutes before the class begins) Ashle will welcome newcomers to
the Teleconference teachings and run through the protocol for the evening so that all newcomers understand how
the evening will flow.

Will recordings of the Teleconference Teachings be available for purchase?
I want to listen in to the teleconference class, but I'm afraid my environment is too noisy.
No worries....at the top of the hour (after Ashle welcomes everyone and runs through the protocol) Ashle will mute
all listeners phone lines so that there is no disturbance from anyone's surroundings. This will make listening more
enjoyable and you can relax if there is some noise on your end.
May I share the call in number and access code with my friends?
Good question! Please respect Audrey and her work in bringing AA Haniel through by honoring the fact that one
registration = one person participating. The technology only allows a certain number of people on the call and we
are grateful for everyone being in their integrity. If you know of someone who you feel can benefit from listening to
the class but who cannot afford the registration fee, please email ashle@samurai-of-light.com and express your
thoughts. There are a limited number of special needs spots being held for exceptional circumstances.
AA Haniel will share the teachings for the first forty-five minutes of the teleconference class. At anytime during the
teachings you can submit your questions via email or IM. Ashle will be moderating the Q&A portion of the class.
Once AA Haniel opens the floor for questions Ashle will read off the questions in the order they were received. AA
Haniel will then respond to the questions. Please note that all questions must pertain to the subject matter being
taught during that teleconference class.
Please note that there may not always be enough time for all questions to be answered. In addition, there may be
several questions on the same subject that may be grouped into one question in order to faciliate more questions
being answered. We'll do our best...and we'll fine tune as we go along!
There are two ways to submit questions to AA Haniel during the teleconference class. You may either use instant
messaging and IM to AskHaniel@yahoo.com or you can send an email to AskHaniel@yahoo.com. Please sign your
question with your first name, initial of last name and your city, state (country). For example Ashle T, Temecula CA
or Suzie P, Sydney Australia
Please note that these two formats are only available during the actual teleconference class. Do not IM or email to
these addresses at any other time as they will not be monitored. For questions regarding registration, upcoming
teleconference classes, Audrey's tour in S. California or copies of CDs, email ashle@samurai-of-light.com. For

Because of the limited time of the teleconference class, all questions asked during the Q&A must pertain to the
actual teachings of that day. If you have personal questions for AA Haniel, we suggest you set up a private reading
with Audrey by emailing info@ish-a-tah.com
For the first six months (Jan 2008 - June 2008) these teleconference classes will be offered at the special price of
$25 per class. You can also save more by preregistering for all six classes for the special price of $125..that's like
getting one class free! Click here to see the upcoming topics and to register now. Once the spots are all filled we'll
have to close the class because the technology only permits a certain number of callers.
The actual cost of the telephone call will be in addition to the registration price and will be charged to you as per
your normal telephone company charges, whether as a long distance call or as minutes on your cell phone. Please
make sure you are familiar with what your service provider charges as these costs are your own responsibility and
neither Samurai of Light nor Ish-A-Tah accept any liability for the costs of the telephone call.
If you are an international caller...check into calling cards available in your home country that can greatly reduce
the cost of the phone call. Be sure to read all the fine print!
Can I use a VoIP service such as Skype to call in?
You are more than welcome to try calling in with a VoIP (voice over internet protocol) system such as Skype. Our
own experience has been hit-or-miss with these services, often having calls drop out or having unclear reception. If
you do choose to use this type of phone service be aware that no refunds will be issued if you have connection
difficulties.
Yes, we will be recording both the teaching and the Q&A portions of the teleconference class and CDs of the
teachings will be available for purchase. We're working out the details and the pricing now, and an email will be
sent out the day after each class confirming that the recordings have been successful and that the CDs are now
available for purchase. The pricing will be added to this website as soon as we've crunched the numbers. Also, the
series of the CDs will be posted onto the website each month so if you miss a month you won't miss out on getting
the teachings!
What if I register for the Teleconference Class and need to cancel?
Life sometimes happens....so, if you have registered for the teleconference class in advance and need to cancel,
you can do so up to 72 hours prior to the actual class and receive a refund less a $5 administrative fee. To cancel,
send an email to ashle@samurai-of-light.com Do not email Audrey. Email cancellations to Audrey will not be eligible
for the refund policy as Audrey has alot to do and will not be handling the administrative aspects of these classes.
If I cannot participate in the teleconference class, can I pass along my space to a
friend who might be interested?
Sure, if you find you cannot participate in a class that you have already preregistered for and want to gift it (or sell
it) to a friend, that is fine. Please just email ashle@samurai-of-light.com with the details...let me know your name
and the name of the person who will be taking your spot.
Is there anything else I should know...
We are excited about this new chapter in bringing amazing Spiritual Teachers into your life wherever you are. As a
new program, there may be some fine tuning required as we go along. We will keep you posted as this takes place.
Also....we do want to share that AA Haniel has BIG energy....there have been rare occasions during private
sessions when AA Haniel has short circuited phone lines or caused the connection to drop! If there are technical
difficulties during any of the teachings Ashle will send out a blast email updating you to the status from
AskHaniel@yahoo.com to the email address that you provided during your registration. We don't anticipate any
major challenges....but as we've said before...life happens! In the rare circumstance that we cannot proceed with a
teaching for whatever reason you will be given the opportunity either for a refund or to receive a credit towards the
next teleconference class of your choice. We may also offer an alternate time to "try again" with the subject of that
particular class. You will have your choice of a refund, the rescheduled class or future credit.
